Try before you buy
Every course offers free samples — practice questions and flashcards you can try with a free account, before paying anything. We encourage you to try them so you know exactly what you are buying.
All sales are final
Because our courses are digital content delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase, and because free samples are available beforehand, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that this waives any statutory withdrawal/cooling-off right where such waiver is permitted (for example under EU/UK consumer rules for digital content supplied immediately with consent).
Exceptions
We will refund a purchase where:
- you were charged twice for the same course (duplicate payments are refunded automatically or on request);
- you paid but never received access and we cannot fix it promptly;
- a refund is required by the consumer law of your place of residence.
How to reach us
If something went wrong with your purchase, email support@exampreppoint.com with the email address on your account and your payment receipt — we respond within one business day and would much rather fix a problem than see anyone unhappy.
