exampreppoint.com provides independent, original study materials — practice questions, flashcards, and timed exam simulators. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official exam board or certification body, and our materials are original educational content, not actual exam questions.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Accounts are personal: one account per person, not for sharing. We may suspend accounts that share access, abuse the service, or attempt to extract our question bank.
3. Purchases
Each course is a one-time purchase giving the buying account lifetime access to that course’s materials. Prices are shown before checkout; payment is processed securely by Stripe. Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the materials for your personal study only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or publish our questions, explanations, or flashcards, or use automated tools to extract them.
5. No guarantee of results
Our materials are study aids. We make no guarantee that you will pass any exam, and we are not liable for exam outcomes. Nothing here is professional, medical, or legal advice.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add, or improve course content over time. If we ever discontinue a course you own, we will provide reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
